These terms govern your use of Spendly, provided by Dengan Karya in Indonesia. By using Spendly, you agree to these terms.
Personal finance tool
Spendly is a personal record-keeping and reporting tool. It does not provide financial, tax, legal, investment, lending, or accounting advice. You remain responsible for reviewing records, reports, conversions, and decisions.
AI-generated suggestions
Receipt parsing may be incomplete or incorrect. AI results are suggestions only. You must review every field before saving and remain responsible for the accuracy of your records.
Accounts and acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, evade quotas, interfere with security, upload unlawful material, attempt unauthorized access, or use Spendly in a way that harms others or our providers. You are responsible for access to your device and linked Google account.
Backups
Google Drive backups are manual, not synchronization. You are responsible for creating and checking backups before changing devices, clearing app data, or uninstalling. Restoring replaces local financial data. We cannot guarantee that a backup will always be available or recoverable.
Purchases, subscriptions, and ads
Purchases are processed by Google Play and managed through RevenueCat. Prices, billing, cancellations, refunds, and renewals are subject to the applicable store terms. Billing issues, cancellation, or expiration may reduce access to free-tier limits. A valid lifetime remove-ads entitlement suppresses ad requests, subject to successful entitlement restoration.
Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, quotas, integrations, or service availability. We aim to protect local records, but network features depend on third-party providers and may be unavailable.
Disclaimer and limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spendly is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of uninterrupted operation, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free results. Dengan Karya is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-data damages arising from use of Spendly, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
Termination
You may stop using Spendly at any time. We may restrict network features for misuse, fraud, security risk, or legal requirements. Ending use does not automatically cancel store subscriptions; manage them through Google Play.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any dispute.
